Ch/zzy Lets It Lose With New Album – Late Start

Ch/zzy Lets It Lose With New Album - Late Start
Ch/zzy Lets It Lose With New Album - Late Start

Since childhood, Ch/zzy has been fascinated by arts from painting, sculpture, photography, and graphic design. He later found himself doing an office job, but he knew that wasn’t where he was supposed to be as it didn’t allow him to do what made him really happy: RAP.

A pivotal moment in his life was when he lost his dad after fighting cancer for years, this incident really took a toll on him as he felt numb. Later, he picked up the broken pieces and got his life together but picking up his pen again to pen his feelings.

He named this Late Start, Late Start album by Ch/zzy that contains 15 rap songs that blend genres like hip hop, 90’s style rap, boom bap, underground and old school. The album explores a wide range of feelings. The title, Late Start, refers to the fact that he waited far too long to get serious about his music and share it with the world.

“This album is not an icebreaker. It’s an opportunity for you to be a part of my journey and get to know the real me.”

Says Ch/zzy

One thing that cannot be overlooked while listening to Late Start is the hard bars, and metaphors that were spread throughout the songs, the delivery of the lyrics makes way for the punchlines to hit you hard.

There are some silly entertaining elements to it, a perfect example is the opening song while some of them are just him spittin some bars, also some of them talk about his severe anxiety and panic condition or the tragic deaths of my mother and father.

Tune In To Psychic Radio By Bellwethers

The Bellwethers‘ newest single, “Psychic Radio,” is a hard alternative rock song ‘Psychic Radio’ is one of 12 new songs recorded with GRAMMY-award-winning engineer and producer, Andrew Coleman. The new songs are a sonic tapestry of classic 70s-era guitar-driven rock laced with psychedelic and blues.

The song features a great riff bridge at the center, with vocal refrains added to make it more anthemic. The production and effects used in “Psychic Radio” are very interesting and unique. Mixing heavy alternative rock and industrial elements, psychic radio gives off that calm and psychedelic.

The song’s opening, which has elements of electronic music in it, sets the tone for the rest of it. Then, one of the music’s most distinctive features, a groovy and noticeable bassline, takes over. Soon after, low-pitched guitar riffs are joined by the evocative and anthem-like vocals. These elements give the music a potent, compelling feeling.

The apt drums in the song highlight the various riffs and essential musical moments, making the track a well-balanced and catchy track. The lyrics of the song were well structured and calm laying emphasis on the band’s sound.

Electric High Takes You To The '7 Wonders'

From Bergen, Norway, comes Electric High, a high-energy rock group that draws inspiration from Black Sabbath, Wolfmother, and Aerosmith. The band’s members come from Sahg, Faith Circus, and Emmerhoff & The Melancholy Babies, among others. Fronted by two aggressive lead singers and propelled by a power trio that emits only electric energy, Electric High aims for the throat.

Electric High draws you passionately towards the 7 wonders of the world, by giving you different types of feelings through a heavily rambling guitar riff and drums.

The theme of the song is circled around making promises, promising more than you can ever deliver, sometimes we end up promising too much in other to get what we want.

A crazy folk-inspired finale follows the breakdown of the entire song toward the end, where the promises of constructing the seven wonders collapse apart in a frail moment of clarity and reality.

The intense rock vocals of the two singers boast ridiculous promises based on historical myths of Zeus, Helios, King Nebukadnesar of Babylon, and the seven wonders of the ancient world.

This is an education in ancient history presented in a manner that is undoubtedly novel to you.

Ben Boden Soulful Release “Without You”

Ben Boden Soulful Release "Without You"
Ben Boden Soulful Release "Without You"

With his most recent song, “Without You,” Ben Boden has encapsulated the heart and soul of the contemporary pop ballad. Based in Northamptonshire in the UK, this talented singer and songwriters’ primary influences come from the theater, pop music, and storytelling scenes. It is understandable that his music appeals to a wide spectrum of listeners given his eclectic musical interests, which include Taylor Swift, Kate Bush, Mega, Sara Bareilles, Grace Carter, Harry Styles, James Bay, and JP Cooper.

The eerie and emotional song “Without You,” which was recorded in a friend’s converted bedroom, is a showcase for Boden’s excellent male vocals as they rise over the soft piano chords. The simpering melody is both calming and unwinding, allowing the listener time to think and experience the emotions that the artist is trying to get across.

Although the lyrics are quite personal, they have a universal meaning. The artist’s experience with despair and lamenting the loss of a piece of oneself is the song’s central theme. It discusses sorrow at the loss of someone or something that was significant. Despite the fact that Boden’s own experiences are openly referenced in the lyrics, it is simple to understand how the song can strike a chord with listeners who have also suffered comparable losses.

“Without You” is a well-made and polished song in terms of production. The technical prowess on exhibit here is audible throughout the entire album, despite the fact that it may have been done in a home studio. From the delicate piano melody to the deep and sonorous voice, every part of the song has been deliberately arranged to portray the emotional effect of the lyrics.

Ultimately, “Without You” is a beautiful song that brilliantly displays Ben Boden’s immense skill. Anybody who enjoys the beauty of a well-crafted pop ballad should give it a try because of its powerful lyrics, soothing piano melodies, and excellent male vocals. A genuinely wonderful musical composition that uses music to communicate both individual and universal feelings.

What is your stage name?

Doruk Doyran

Is there a story behind your stage name?

It’s my governmental name.

Where do you find inspiration?

In everything. In the nature, in books (especially philosophical/metaphysical ones), in people, in music, in paintings… It can go on and on.

What was the role of music in the early years of your life?

Music has always been a big part of my life. I was at the school choir and orchestra, and I had partaken in some musicals.

Are you from a musical or artistic family?

Although my parents’ professions have nothing to do with art, they both have musical aptitude. My father can play almost everything on piano and my mom has a beautiful voice. I have to say, the most talented artist in our family is my sister. She is currently a theatre actress and an opera singer.

Who inspired you to be a part of the music industry?

I always dreamed of it and always knew in my heart that it’s what I’m meant to be.

How did you learn to sing/write/to play?

I used to study music theory by myself and write the score sheets of my own compositions. We had a very old classical guitar at home and as I was a kid, I used to practice with that and try copycatting Santana on it. As to singing, I don’t know to be honest.

What was the first concert that you ever went to and who did you see perform?

The first concert that I have ever been to was Roger Water’s concert in Istanbul (one of the concerts of the European leg of “The Wall Live”). What a start.

How could you describe your music?

Weird, I guess. I don’t know what I’m doing for the most of the time. It just happens but I would like to call it “spiritual”

Describe your creative process.

As I have said before; it just happens. I would say, most of the things (especially the guitar solos) are improvisations and intuitive.

What is your main inspiration?

Myself.

What musician do you admire most and why?

That list is a long one. Just off the top of my head, the musicians and bands that I admire the most are Depeche Mode, Pink Floyd, Santana, U2, The Rolling Stones, Fleetwood Mac, ZZ Top, Mor ve Ötesi, Manga, Athena, Teoman, Sebnem Ferah, Eric Clapton, Dean Martin, Frank Sinatra, Amy Winehouse, Jimi Hendrix, Radiohead, Sade, Marvin Gaye, Aretha Franklin, James Brown, Prince, Michael Jackson, Quincy Jones, Otis Redding, Ray Charles, Muddy Waters, Little Richard, Chuck Berry, Stevie Wonder, CHIC, Rick James, The Temptations, The Isley Brothers, George Michael, Buena Vista Social Club, Jarabe de Palo, Manu Chao, Gipsy Kings… I didn’t even start with the classical composers and I mostly listen to classical music.

Did your style evolve since the beginning of your career?

Yes. I love experimenting with different genres all the time. Therefore, it still does.

Who do you see as your main competitor?

Myself.

What are your interests outside of music?

Acting, scriptwriting, poetry, directing, water polo, golf, and reading.

If it wasn’t a music career, what would you be doing?

I am doing everything simultaneously already.

What is the biggest problem you have encountered in the journey of music?

People in the music business always look for mainstream sounds. Something that could be “consumed”. Therefore, they don’t care about artistry anymore.

If you could change one thing in the music industry, what would it be?

The mentality.

Why did you choose this as the title of this project?

I thought it would make sense, for it’s my story I was trying to tell.

What are your plans for the coming months?

I want to focus more on acting and writing.

Do you have any artistic collaboration plans?

In music; not yet.

What message would you like to give to your fans?

I love you all and grateful for every single one of you.

Ben Kelly is a promising R&B artist who is gradually rising up the ranks with his captivating lyrics and songwriting skills. He recently started making music but he sounds nothing like a newbie

Know More About ZuP And His Latest Album - For Me

Singer/ rapper and songwriter ZuP is an artist who doesn’t classify himself ‘Musician’ but rather a Music Maker, because of the type of music he produces, his songs are so nice that they can’t be categorized into a particular genre.

He started making music at a very young age, and since he started, he realized it was something he really connected with, he felt whole whenever he was doing something music related.

ZuP took made a conscious effort of moving away from the music scene for some time because he found himself in some dark places. But fortunately, he found his way back in 2020. ZuP is mainly focused on making music that other people can relate to, songs you can relate to emotionally or can dance to, you can call it two-in-one.

“When I started making music, I was writing rap songs that I had no business making. Rapping about the 24” rims on my Cadillac… when in all reality I had factory rims on a Chevy Corsica haha. Then it evolved into a little bit of singing mixed in with semi-relatable lyrics in my raps, to being vulnerable myself and putting myself out there a little bit more and mostly singing with a sprinkle of rap in there.” – This according to ZuP is how his music evolved.

In a recent interview with Mister Styx of Musicarenagh ZuP delve deeper into his personal life and touched on his latest album “For Me” which he stated he made for himself, although he claims he made the album for himself, I feel the album was made for me as well, so I guess the album was made for us all.

For Me has a total of 11 songs on it and spans over 39 minutes 38 seconds, and my favourite off the album is Better Off, but I have to admit all the songs on For me are fire, the rap, the bass, the production, everything is top notch, this 6 years hiatus really paid off.

What is your stage name

ZuP

Is there a story behind your stage name?

It’s part of my last name. When I was in high school I had a friend that used to call me Yung Zup… and it just stuck. Well, ZuP did, not the “Yung” haha!

Where do you find inspiration?

I find inspiration in everyday things. We as human beings love the feeling of connection. It reassures us that we are not alone. I try to draw inspiration from conversations I may have had, or break ups, or tragedies in my life. I could be having just a really good day for no reason at all, and want to write about it to bottle that feeling up for others to enjoy.

What was the role of music in the early years of your life?

Music played a huge role in my early years. My parents used to have cassette tapes with a bunch of their favorite songs and I would put my Walkman on and fall asleep listening to them. As I got a little older, I would ride my bike to the local record store and buy CDs that I had never heard of before to expand my range of music!

Are you from a musical or artistic family?

Sort of. My grandmother on my mother’s side of the family is an incredible painter. My mother was also heavily involved in the theater when she was younger. My father always wanted to be a radio DJ but never fully pursued that avenue.

Who inspired you to be a part of the music industry?

That’s a tough question but I guess I would have to say The Beastie Boys. I used to listen to their albums and write all the lyrics down. I would even change my handwriting for each member’s lyrics. That then got me into writing my own rhymes and lyrics.

How did you learn to sing/write/to play?

A lot of practice/ trial and error. I would listen to so much music and overtime I knew what I liked. I like how this musician sings in this key, or I like how the drums sound in these songs, or I like what this artist is saying. I took the things I loved about music and tried to emulate them. When I first started out I didn’t know anyone who produced or made beats, so I sort of figured it out myself. I then bought a piano and took piano lessons and chipped away at it all day every day.

A lot of practice/ trial and error. I would listen to so much music and overtime I knew what I liked

What was the first concert that you ever went to and who did you see perform?
I actually went to a couple concerts of my friends’ bands before I ever saw a national act live. The first concert (with national acts) that I ever went to though was thrown by a local Cleveland Ohio radio station (Z107.9) and it was a bunch of big rappers and R&B singers at the time. I can’t remember everyone, but I do remember David Banner was incredible. Still one of the funnest performances I’ve ever seen.

How could you describe your music?

I never know how to answer this question. My music is a mixture of a bunch of different genres. A little bit of pop mixed with alternative mixed with hip-hop mixed with R&B mixed with a little reggae. No matter the style though, I try to make it relatable.

Describe your creative process.

It all depends on the song. My process on this new album mostly started with a concept idea and then I’d start humming different melodies while sprinkling keywords in until I found something I really liked. I always make sure I get the chorus done first. I’ll pull out my MPC and start working on the beat and then start piecing in the rest of the song from there.

What is your main inspiration?

My friends and family. They all inspire me to be the best version of myself.

What musician do you admire most and why?

I really admire Kenrick Lamar. This is a guy who isn’t afraid to take risks within the hip-hop genre. Each of his albums have a different theme and feel. His vulnerability and honesty is what really draws me into his music. When he puts out an album, I know it’s going to be an “album” and not just a cluster of songs. I admire that about him.

Did your style evolve since the beginning of your career?

Oh yeah definitely. I think that comes with age, experience, and confidence. When I started making music, I was writing rap songs that I had no business making. Rapping about the 24” rims on my Cadillac… when in all reality I had factory rims on a Chevy Corsica haha. Then it evolved into a little bit of singing mixed in with semi relatable lyrics in my raps, to being vulnerable myself and putting myself out there a little bit more and mostly singing with a sprinkle of rap in there.

Who do you see as your main competitor?

Somebody told me that “the only person in your way is you” and I believe that. I don’t really look at other musicians as competition. As a fan of all music, I want everyone to be able to share their story.

What are your interests outside of music?

I love to draw, so you can catch me cooking up some art. I also love to hop on Xbox once a week with my crew and play some Sea of Thieves. I love going on adventures and trying new things with my girlfriend… grabbing drinks and wings with my friends. My calendar is always full.

If it wasn’t a music career, what would you be doing?

If I had the choice?!?! …oh man, a storm chaser. Buckle me up in a heavy duty car and drive me into a tornado!

What is the biggest problem you have encountered in the journey of music?

Keeping up with the new trends. I took a few years off from music and when I came back, everything was different. I was like, “what is a TikTok?” haha, it has been an adjustment… but that’s what also makes it exciting. Life would be boring without a speed bump along the way.

If you could change one thing in the music industry, what would it be?

Local radio stations showing more love to independent musicians. There are some great unsigned artists out there that would benefit from radio plays. I find new artists all the time from Spotify playlists or Reels on Instagram… gone are the days of discovering somebody new on the radio.

Why did you choose this as the title of this project?

As I stated before, I took about 6 years off of music. I was in a dark place that I had no real way of getting out of. 2020 Changed that for me and I had the opportunity to start creating again. The one thing I told myself when I started this album was, “don’t do this for anybody but yourself.” I didn’t make this album because people asked me to, I made this album because I needed to. This album is “For Me”.

What are your plans for the coming months?

I have a couple concerts lined up for this year. First being my album release party on April 29th, which I am so excited for. Besides that, keep pushing this album every way I can!

Do you have any artistic collaboration plans?

I have a couple lined up, but besides that I am always down to collab!

What message would you like to give to your fans?
To everyone who has been along for this journey for years, thank you. It means everything to me that you are still around and listening to what I have created. To anyone new reading this that just recently heard my music or is going to listen after this interview, I hope you enjoy it. The universe has put me in pretty nasty situations in the past and I felt like it was my duty to share those stories with you all. I hope my music resonates with you. I hope you cry, I hope you laugh, I hope you dance, I hope you feel seen. Thank you so much for reading! See ya’ll soon!

Alexa Lash Is Out With Ep "Heartbreak in Movements"
Alexa Lash Is Out With Ep "Heartbreak in Movements"

Alexa Lash’s latest EP, “Heartbreak in Movements,” is a testament to the power of emotion in music. With five acoustic tracks, Lash explores the intricacies of heartbreak through five stages: disappointment, questioning, bargaining, release, and reminiscence. What sets “Heartbreak in Movements” apart from other break-up albums is its acoustically organic sound. Recorded in an open room with piano and strings, each note and strum can be felt to the bone.

Alexa Lash wrote, sang, and played piano on each track, and was joined by local Miami musicians Belinda Stohner and Jose Pradas on the strings. From the opening track, “Not Fine,” which delves into the self-doubt and criticism that often accompanies heartbreak, to the fifth track, “MIA,” which provides closure through nostalgia, Lash’s vocals are super-catchy and emotive, carrying listeners through each moment of heartache.

The second track, “Weak,” is a standout, featuring lyrics that explore the emotional toxicity of coming to terms with an unhealthy relationship. Lash also doesn’t shy away from the complexities of toxic relationships in her third track, “Miracle,” showcasing someone fighting the toxicity of the relationship as the one holding it together.

The fourth track, “Let Her Move On,” is a powerful anthem about finding personal growth and moving on after a break-up. It is clear that Lash has come out of the other side of heartbreak stronger, and this is evident in the uplifting and motivational tone of this song.

“Heartbreak in Movement” is an Ep that truly exemplifies Alexa Lash’s talent. This songs on the EP are brilliant, with captivating melodies and poignant lyrics that are likely to listeners in a trance. Each piece has been meticulously composed and produced, with emotional strings adding depth and emotion to the music.

This Ep is a perfect material to examine Alexa’s musical abilities. Her voice is strong and passionate, communicating each song’s emotion with sincerity and authenticity. Her lyrics are highly personal and accessible, addressing issues like as love, loss, and personal growth.

Minda Lacy Melodic Brilliance “The Eyeball Song” Is A Gem

Minda Lacy Melodic Brilliance "The Eyeball Song" Is A Gem
Minda Lacy Melodic Brilliance "The Eyeball Song" Is A Gem

Minda Lacy’s release, “The Eyeball Song,” offers a rich and dynamic soundscape. Despite being a predominantly solo project, the track demonstrates excellent cohesion amongst each instrument, not once feeling chaotic or overproduced. Lacy’s musical influences, ranging from Leonard Cohen to The Be Good Tanya, are palpable in the alt-folk sound that she’s crafted. Poignantly stripped down, “The Eyeball Song” offers a unique take on human intimacy, a theme as old as time itself.

Lacy’s delicate guitar fingerpicking is complemented by Zanny Geffel’s soft yet driving percussion, alongside Trinh Youngman’s standup bass and Luke Anthony’s harmonica. The female vocals, mainly comprised of Lacy’s soothing voice, float atop the instrumentation with almost translucent beauty. It’s the sort of track that you fall into, a warm embrace on a cold winter’s night.

Recorded in Jon Wohlfert’s basement studio in North Portland, it’s a relatively raw and organic sound that captures the essence of the track’s core message. The song highlights the precariousness of human intimacy, underscoring how moments of closeness can seem fleeting and elusive. Allowing for every note to bleed, Lacy and company have delivered an altogether satisfying and harmonious tune.

Impressive Debut Single “Nebraska” By Rose Haven Motor Hotel

Impressive Debut Single "Nebraska" By Rose Haven Motor Hotel
Impressive Debut Single "Nebraska" By Rose Haven Motor Hotel

The first track from Rose Haven Motor Hotel, “Nebraska,” demonstrates the incredible versatility of guitarist, singer-songwriter, and producer Ben Atkinson, who is the primary creative force behind the album. Ben Atkinson is from Mississippi. Atkinson produces a natural and down-to-earth soundtrack that is both easy listening and hypnotic by drawing inspiration from a number of genres, including indie rock, R&B, vintage Country Western, soul from the Motown era, and 70s funk.

Despite being classified as indie folk or alt-country, “Nebraska” is much more than that. The song’s peaceful and contemplative vocals by Atkinson go well with the sparse guitar playing and thoughtful lyrics about longing, loneliness, and the desire to hit the road. Though Atkinson’s voice is distinctive in its own right, it has a striking resemblance to the sounds of Neil Young and Ray Lamontagn.

The track’s instrumentation is straightforward but effective in capturing the song’s mood. The melody is accompanied by sporadic percussion components, such as the tapping of a snare drum, that lend a delicate cadence to the raw and personal guitar playing. The single’s simple production accomplishes its goal of highlighting Atkinson’s moving performance.

The debut single from Rose Haven Motor Hotel, “Nebraska,” is intriguing. We’re interested to hear what Atkinson has in store for us next as this song demonstrates his versatility as a musician and songwriter. You won’t want to miss Rose Haven Motor Hotel if you prefer indie folk or alt-country music or if you value honest and frank songwriting and musicianship.

Rising Star Nishy Blending Pop and Alternative R&B With Emotional Depth

What would you say is your greatest strength as an artist?
As a creator, I think that my greatest strength is my hypersensitivity. You see, we live in a world in which sensibility or hypersensitivity are considered weaknesses. But I actually think they are my strengths.

Because my hypersensitivity allows me to dive deeper into human emotions which are as deep as an ocean. It helps me to understand human beings, their behaviours and their relationships with the world. Humans are the basis of my artistic work and one of the many topics that inspire me the most.

What is your creative process when making music?
For my EP Memories From A Vinyl, my creative process was cinematic. As I was inspired by what surrounded me at the time, every song I created is like the parts of a movie I visualized in my head.

I wanted to tell the story of a woman realizing her own worth through disillusionment in love. I saw a spinning vinyl in my head reflecting this story. So, when I had the entire storyline in my head, melodies and lyrics would come to me. The first songs I wrote for this project were Can’t Sleep, MMT and Phase even though this one was the last I finished writing. And it was quite a challenge.

Then, I’m Ready came later. And once I was finished with the compositions and the writing, I would start recording with my co-producer Aryh Love Baker. He co-directed me artistically and took care of all the technical aspects to deliver Memories From A Vinyl to you.

We wanted a project with a Lofi Aesthetic to create an immersive ambience and reinforce the cinematic aspect. So, for this project, my creative process was quite cinematic but I think it can evolve from one project to another. Actually, I believe there are no rules when it comes to creation.

How long have you been making music and what attracted you to it?
Well, maybe I started in a previous life (lol). You know, in a way, music has always been in my life. Whether it was at home, at school or when I would go to my ballet classes, music was always here. Even when my parents would watch Bollywood films, there was music in them.

So, I was easily attracted to it. Music made me feel safe and it allowed me to build my own bubble to express my creativity. But for as far as I can remember, I’ve been making music since my teenage years. When I was 15 I took a few piano lessons and I would write poems about people around me. When I was 17, my sister used to practice the guitar and she used to be really good at it.

I was so inspired by her playing that I decided to teach myself guitar during a trip to Mauritius. Then a year later, during my last year in high school, I started to write my first songs. Melodies and words would come to me very naturally. I would save them on my phone. The day I finished my very first song, I realized that I wanted to create music for the rest of my life.

What is the biggest challenge you have had to overcome as a band/ artist so far?
The biggest challenge nowadays, especially for indie artists, is to make their music known and gain visibility. The material, management and financial means are not the same as artists supervised by a label. Also, the address book is not the same.

Creating music can be financially expensive as you invest in production material and studio sessions. All this cost a lot of money and time. And when the creation process is finished, then comes the distribution and promotion of your music.

Promotion requires as much work as creation. I think it’s a great thing today that some platforms exist on the internet to help indie artists to reach media and gain visibility. But it is still a challenge. And even more in the age of social networks.

Because even if a song can go viral overnight as it happens on TikTok, there are still so many artists to run after visibility in the race for ephemeral content. And because we are in a culture of trends, nothing guarantees strong visibility in the long term. So, it remains the major challenge.

What streaming sites do you think offer the most value to a band?
Oh… that’s a good question !! Well, it depends on what you mean by the word value. If you are referring to the average payout per stream or the consideration given to a band’s work, well. I don’t think I have the answer yet. I prefer to be honest because I’m not sure of my knowledge about these subjects and all I know may have changed in the meantime.

How do you think social media or the internet has affected the music
the scene in your country?
As I mentioned previously with social media, a song can go viral overnight. So, I think this is very great for unknown artists when it comes to visibility because one song can change everything. It can really help to start a career. But at the same time, there is a flip side to this situation when it comes to creation.

Sometimes, I think that social media alters the creative process of music.
What I’m going to say does not concern everyone but I’ve seen some artists changing their own musicality in order to please people and gain visibility. So, I think in this case it’s a bit sad because instead of embracing their musicality, they end up sounding like others. And every musicality has its own magic. An artist should always remain authentic.

And I also have the impression that… Because we find ourselves in a frantic race for ephemeral content, people always want more and more. So, we prioritise quantity over quality. And I think that it can distract artists from why they make music.

Of course, we want to be listened to. It’s very important for us. But I think we must not forget the main reason why we create music: it’s because we love it and how it makes us feel. The love for creation should not be forgotten.

What are your friends and parents’ thoughts on your career?
I am very grateful to my parents and my friends because they support me and strongly believe in me. Sometimes I feel like they believe in me more than I believe in myself (lol).

My parents, my sister and my friends have always been supportive. Even though they are not musicians and don’t know that much about the music industry, they are really proud of the artist I’m becoming. I had to explain to them what it means to be an independent artist and tell them about the struggles we deal with sometimes. They know all the time and the money I invested… They understand my vision and my respectful choices.

They know what I’m capable of and where I want to go in my career. I’m very lucky. Even though we don’t always have the same musical tastes, I’m happy to know that they like my debut EP Memories From A Vinyl (Side A). And I know they’re not lying because they always tell me when they don’t like something about my music. And whether I continue as an independent or go with a major, they would still support me. Because they know what I’m doing. And so do I…

What does your current song mean to you?
My EP Memories From A Vinyl (Side A) is the first project of my career. This project is very important to me as it marks the beginning of my career as an indie artist. And from a personal point of view, carrying out this project was a big challenge because it was conceived at a very difficult time in my life when I had to face health problems.

Indeed, I almost lost my hearing due to a double noise trauma. Luckily, I got the right medical treatment in time. And I don’t know what is the force that saved me in time but the pursuit and accomplishment of this project represent my will to always move forward in life no matter what happens.”

What is one message you would give to your fans?
The message is from Memories From A Vinyl (Side A): let go of what doesn’t resonate with you anymore.

Disillusionment is not an end but just a phase so you can move forward to the next chapter of your life. No matter what happens, don’t give up. Go forward and choose self-love. You can make it and you deserve it. Love.

Liv Crash Tells You The Truth To Your Face In New Song - You Fool(Mad)

You Fool (Mad)is a satirical piece by Milan-based singer and songwriter Liv Crash, who spent most of his youth harnessing his skill which is his undying love for music production.

He blends several genres like blend rock, funk, and jazz into the song, with support from his bold and powerful lyricism, and this is evidently displayed in his latest single “You Fool (Mad)”

Have you ever loved someone so much but regardless of your actions and constantly expressing your love, they never return that love, never, yet you keep hopes high, hoping one day the narrative would change. Later, you come to realization that you have been a fool all this while. A fool although you took all those decisions out of love.

As we all know the truth hurts, but singer Liv Crash has taken it upon himself to paint the picture in bright colors for anybody who find themself in such a situation.

One interesting fact about the song is his guitar solo on song, a proof of his musicianship, while he draws inspiration from famous guitarists, including David Gilmore, Mark Knopfler, Jimi Hendrix, and John Petrucci, Liv Crash makes his sound unique, making it his own.  Liv Crash’s voice in the song makes way for the message in the song, allowing the lyrics of the song to descend on you.

The tune is melancholic as it should be, a perfect piece for such a message, and a reminder to know when to draw the curtain, so as not to waste more time, yet ‘You Fool (Mad)’ is softer, smooth, gentle and soothing.

Liv Crash has released 2 singles before “You Fool”

1) “Cause even in this song

2) “Shakespeare inspired the boobs

and he is going to release a fourth single on 2023 May 5th

All four are introducing his debut album “ Cause even in this album”, which would be released on July 7th

PolSky Creates A "Song for the Silver Surfer"
