Peppermint Moon Out With “Foxy Friends”

Longtime San Francisco Bay Area/Los Angeles musician Colin Schlitt releases songs under the moniker Peppermint Moon. His musical projects are created by him alone, from writing to performing to recording.

He’s been on the cusp of a record deal on more than one occasion, played at some of the West Coast’s most storied venues, and had his music heard by millions through television sync placements. Recently, he’s made the decision to focus on creating and releasing his own music.

Besides being a teacher, Colin is a member of the band El Radio Fantastique, where he performs on bass and sings a few of his original compositions.

Recently released by Peppermint Moon, “Foxy Friends” was composed and recorded during a week-long Covid quarantine while listening to too much television news and viewing too much of the documentary Sex Pistols. The song has elements of 90’s rock and Alt rock pop. A perfect song for the summer. It’s an upbeat song that a lot of people can relate to.
