KSI Marks The Dawn Of A New Era With The Release Of Striking New Single “Not Over Yet”

KSI, also known as Olajide Olayinka Williams “JJ” Olatunji, is an English YouTuber and rapper.

His 40.8 million subscribers know him as a creator, an artist, and a mate who brings passion (and jokes) to whatever he does.

He is a pioneering YouTuber who has nearly 20 billion cumulative views and is the fourth most followed channel for a British artist behind Ed Sheeran, One Direction, and Adele.

He is a businessman with a diverse range of interests, including the ownership of his own music label, The Online Takeover, as well as his own boxing promotions company, Misfits Boxing.

Additionally, he is the creator of one of the most rapidly expanding beverages; his Prime Hydration drink, which has recently partnered with Arsenal FC, is projected to generate more than $140 million in revenue in its first year.

As a performer and all-around entertainer, he can light up stages (Reading, TRNSMT, a Wembley headlining), as well as the screen: a new documentary for Prime Video, directed by Louis Theroux, promises to raise the lid on the fascinating life of the Watford native who is now 29 years old.

And as a boxer, the amateur-turned-professional fighter is now unbeaten, with his most recent fight being a worldwide pay-per-view knockout over Logan Paul at the Los Angeles Staples Center in 2019. When he faces Alex Wassabi on the 27th of August at the O2 in London, this will be his first bout since his comeback to the ring.

As an artist that has more than 12 million monthly listeners on Spotify, he is also quite experienced in succeeding where he puts his focus. Dissimulation, his first album, was a #2 smash and the best-selling debut album of 2020. His second album, All Over the Place, was released in the summer of 2021 and debuted at number one on the charts. This was an impressive follow-up to his debut the previous year.

“Not Over Yet” is KSI’s first release on Atlantic Records and it was nominated for both a BRIT and an Ivor Novello award. KSI’s song starts as an acoustic symphony before erupting into a furious d’n’b rhythm with a soaring singalong chorus that wonderfully sums up all the ups and downs of a relationship. Although the song is underpinned by sadness, KSI is not giving up on love.

The official music video, which was directed by Troy Roscoe (who has also directed videos for Ed Sheeran, Burna Boy, Lil Wayne, Rick Ross, and Polo G), begins by reminding fans of KSI’s record-breaking foray into boxing when he fought Logan Paul at a sold-out Staples Centre in 2019, which became the largest white-collar fight in the history of the sport.

The music video for “Little Bit of Love” features powerful solo performances from Grennan, whose soulful rasp has elevated a string of high-octane hits over the past two years, including Grennan’s own “Little Bit of Love” and the Calvin Harris smash “By Your Side” The video also follows KSI as he goes through a Rocky-style montage that culminates in a boxing match against the older version of himself, who is

KSI is his own competition, and the closing scene highlights this change from his previous self: everything will be taken care of as he is in the best condition of his life at this point in time.
