I Won’t Support 80% Ghanaian Music Airplay – DJ Lord Reveals

Ghanaians seem to have had a change of attitude from the recent experience from NAM 1‘s Menzgold/Zylofon Media launch in Nigeria, which A-list artistes from Ghana were not given the needed recognition as each of them took turns to perform on that  August occasion.

This has woken up Ghanaians to campaign for an 80% airplay of Ghanaian music which has got most renowned industry players all joining to have a positive change in our still growing industry.

We can boldly say that things seem not to be going on well with some Ghanaian artistes and Dj Lord; who has made a very sensitive assertion on Twitter that some artists are not willing to help Dj’s and therefore shouldn’t make any efforts to approach him for 80% Ghanaian music airplay.

  1. what this DJ Lord or whatever he call himself is saying is trash…as far as i am concern,as artist manager and executive producer,i think he is one of the main reason why Ghanaian artists has fallen far behind.its very arrogant and childish and selfish and foolly for him to come out boldly and throw out this nonsense….so he wants to mean that the foreign songs that he plays, the artists or executive producers or managers of those artists supports him?…what does he mean by ‘support’ in the first place ?…if i have the power,i will revoke his permit as a Dj in Ghana….he is a shame to the Dj profession..and i bet him, karma will deal with him if he plays any foreign song while the artists or executive producers or managers of those artists dont ‘supports’ him…
