FireBug began their musical journey in the Wicker Park neighborhood by Chicago natives Juliette Tworsey and Jules Shapiro. Juliette and Jules found each other through a mutual friend who thought they should get together and work on music as they had similar musical tastes and influences.
They have many influences including all the great classic rock bands like Led Zeppelin Rolling Stones Jimi Hendrix Cream and Summer Of Love acts like Janis Joplin and Jefferson Airplane to all the amazing soul/R&B singers Aretha Franklin, Sam Cooke, James Brown and Nina Simone and many more amazing musical personalities.
