DopeNation over these few years have given us bangers over bangers, actually, it looks like all their songs are hit songs. They released their debut in 2017 since then they have been in the limelight to date.
The musical duo of identical twin brothers, composed of Micheal Boafo, popularly known as B2, and Tony Boafo, known as Twist is signed under Richie Mensah’s Lynx Entertainment, which happened to be one of the biggest record labels in Ghana.
Now let’s talk about the beef song which allegedly was leaked out titled ”Chairman”. Well, truth be told as a fan of rap Music I think they really did good, they killed the beat in all aspects. Well, DopeNation claims the audio was leaked, that aside they are peaceful people who want to keep a healthy vibe.
But the question remains, was it necessary for DopeNation to record a beef/diss song to Chairman(Kwesi Arthur)?
Beef tends to give artists a headstart exposing them to the other artiste fanbase, thus increasing their fanbase. Also beef between artists makes their fans know how good their act is. It also creates competition in the music industry giving fans varieties of lyrics, contents and flow.
Undoubtedly fans love beef and would encourage a beef between two artists. The fans of DopeNation are really angered but the actions of BET nominee Kwesi Arthur as he rushed his way up the stage tho it was dopenation’s turn to mount the stage and thrill their fans.
Of course, DopeNation has every right to record a diss track as it was gross disrespect to their brand as professionals. But we would have to wait for Kwesi Arthur’s reply as DopeNation had threatened they have five (5) more dies tracks directed at him if he dared to reply.
