Canadian Singer Cee Drops New Single ‘Making The Move’
After three singles – the trappy “I Got Next” featuring Myer Clarity and Notion; the neck-snapping “Stay Woke”; and the reggae vibes of “Let Justice Prevail” featuring Caleb Hart; Montreal-via-Melbourne artist Cee is finally delivering his long-awaited solo full-length.
The sophomore solo album, “Relentless”, is Cee’s boldest and all-encompassing project to date. With production helmed entirely by Toronto’s Myer Clarity, the album is created entirely by musicians with no samples to be found, and the result is astounding. The project is mixed and mastered by Notion – the true MVP of the album – and all artwork, photography, wood-carving and the creative direction is from Cee’s long-time collaborator, Josh Telfer.
From the “Urban Hang Suite” vibes of “Too Hungover” with D’Eve Archer and Notion to the jazzy, Foreign Exchange elements of “Wait ‘Til Morning” with The BLK LT$ (formerly known as Andreena Mill of “Closer To My Dreams” by Drake fame), from the piano-heavy, gang chorus of “Tiffany Blue” to the moody dedication to Cee’s late father “Survivor” with Bonfire, from the reggae sounds of “Let Justice Prevail” with Caleb Hart to the crunching guitars of the hard-hitting “Stay Woke”, “Relentless” truly has something for every taste.
