A Young Musical Artist Lizzie Esau Contributing To The UK Music

Lizzie Esau was born in London but reared in Newcastle-Upon-Tyne in a creative household (artist mother, musician father). Lizzie developed her passion for performing at a young age. Her early recordings drew the attention of BBC Introducing and local radio stations in the North East, as well as BBC Radio 1 and beyond.

Lizzie enjoys collaborating and has worked with a variety of DJs, labels, and other songwriters in the pop and dance genres. Jorja Smith, Amy Winehouse, London Grammar, Clairo, Arlo Parks, and Beabadoobee are just a few of the musicians that have inspired her.

Bitter Weather is Lizzie Esau’s new single. Lizzie says ‘It’s about prioritising the important stuff and not obsessing about the things that don’t really matter in the end’. Lizzie teamed up with producer and multi-instrumentalist Steve Grainger once again to deliver this laid back alt-pop / hip hop track.

Steve Grainger – ‘Lizzie’s put together a great band so it was an amazing opportunity to capture the energy that they’ve injected into the music.

Written by Lizzie Esau, Produced by Steve Grainger.
